Pre-OwnedClothing.com has a no return policy that's why we have an extra-ordinarily precise rating system. We are basing our items condition's rating system on the following standard: a brand-new item - in a mint condition - is rated 1; and a heavily used - and ABUSED - item is rated 5. Consequently, with 1 being the best and 5 being the worst, the numbers 2, 3, and 4 describe corresponding levels of an item's condition. Be advised that various levels of use are acceptable - and sometimes even welcome - for various types of clothing and consider this factor while making your purchasing decision. For example: a white T-shirt better be a 1; on the other hand, a leather jacket or a pair of blue jeans rated 3 or even 4 may be at advantage over comparable items rated 1. (Worn-in jeans and / or leather look better; many stores charge exorbitant prices for this well-worn look.) |
